As part of the project “Enhancing the Role of Youth in Maintaining Civil Peace,” Dr. Haider Abdel Shafi Center for Culture and Development organized a special activity that brought together two groups of participants from the northern and southern areas of the Gaza Strip. The aim was to form an effective youth network that fosters a spirit of mutual understanding and collaboration.

This meeting marked an important step toward building bridges of dialogue among youth from different regions of the Gaza Strip and exchanging experiences and ideas on how to support and sustain civil peace in our communities.

The activity featured a valuable online contribution via Google Meet from Mr. Mohsen Abu Ramadan, the Center’s Director, who spoke about the vital role of youth in driving change and developing initiatives that promote social justice and community cohesion.

Today’s event was a living example of the youth’s ability to overcome geographical boundaries and engage in meaningful communication and positive influence.
